Cash Converters offers one loan product. A secured loan, which we call a Cash Advance. It doesn’t require an affordability assessment or a credit check. If you’d like to complete a loan with us, please visit your closest store.
If your Cash Advance expires on a public holiday, please make contact with the store in question to make special arrangements with the store manager or owner. To find store contact details, click here.

Some of our stores offer lay-bys. Please call your nearest Cash Converters to confirm if they do. Terms and conditions differ from store to store, so be sure to discuss those too.
We have a three-month guarantee policy on our items; faulty items can be repaired, replaced or refunded at the customer’s discretion. Please do note there are some items which are excluded from the guarantee – these items are listed on the back of your till slip and on our website. Please keep your till slip in order to validate your guarantee if you should need to do so.
If you want to know the price of the item you want to sell, it would be best to pop into any of our stores to chat to a buyer. You must be over 18 years of age and have any original proof of identity with you to transact with us.
