Ordering economy in outlying areas

Customers living in regional areas or outlying areas will have to place their orders latest on Thursday, 9 December 2021 to receive them before Saturday, 25 December 2021. All orders placed after that date with “economy” courier service will be delivered afterwards.

Ordering economy in main centre areas

Orders for main centre areas need to be placed before Monday, 3 December 2021 as deliveries will proceed from Wednesday, 15 December 2021, taking into consideration that Thursday, 16 December 2021 is a Public Holiday and deliveries will be interrupted.

Ordering express in main centre areas

If online customers want to receive orders before Thursday, 25 December 2021, they must be placed by Thursday, 16 December 2021.

Ordering express in provincial main centres

Online customers are encouraged to place their orders by Sunday, 20 December 2021 if they want to receive items before Christmas.

Shipping delays are usually expected during peak periods and as responsible retailers, we would like our customers to know when they will expect their purchases. If there are any delays, our courier service will inform you.
